The Decherd Regional Municipal Planning Commission was created and established as authorized by Tennessee Code Annotated, title 13 and established by title 14 of the Decherd Municipal Code. The planning Commission also operates as the Zoning Board and will act as the Zoning Board as needed. It's meetings are on the fourth Monday of the month at 6:00 PM and open to the public. The public is encouraged to attend and participate.
