Hank Weddington Park

Hank Weddington Park

This park, located in Downtown Decherd on Main Street, is a great place to meet with friends and family at either the park pavilion or pergola. There is a new children's playground and restroom facilities. If you would like to reserve the pavilion for your meeting, please come to city hall for a reservation permit.

Also, the historic "calabooses" are on display there. These were erected about between 1914 and 1915 to "hold the town drunks until they slept it off".

Sorry, dogs are not allowed in any city park.
