The water department's regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, emergency personnel are on call 24 hours a day.
Water bills are mailed on the last working day of each month, with bills due by the 15th of each month. Last day to pay your water bill is the 25th (with late fee). Water will be turned off on the 27th if bill is not paid. There is a $50.00 re-connect fee plus bill and late fee. Bills may also be paid at the Citizens Community Bank (Winchester) or the Citizens Community Bank Motor Branch (2176 Decherd Blvd).
